Combine signs SAP BPO agreement for Business Communications Management solution.

Combine has signed a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) agreement to market and support SAP BPO "on demand" Business Communications Management solutions. This agreement permits Combine to provide enterprises with all IP multichannel Contact Centre solutions under a SAP BPO licence which permits a usage based model for a fully hosted cloud based Software as a Service SaaS contact centre solution.

Combine provides a full featured SAP Business Communications Management all IP multi-channel contact centre environment directly from hosted data centre environment.

Solutions are available with flexible local call routing and include all key functional requirements within a standard solution specification to enable both inbound and outbound multi-site contact centres. Additional customisation for specific processes and interfaces are available.

Combine solutions can be provided from "next day" for rapid deployment, or customised and integrated solutions for CRM contact centre desktop solutions or custom processes or applications.

The Combine Business Communications Management contact centre fulfils the needs of multi-site (home, office x n, mobile) requirements for organisations looking to enhance, replace or upgrade Contact Centre capabilities and/or legacy PABX systems, with a flexible, hosted, IP-T based, unified communication platform.
