Combine successfully completes SAP upgrade and SAP system consolidation


Combine has successfully completed an extensive SAP upgrade and SAP system consolidation for a large telecom CSP. A division's legacy SAP 4.7 system was upgraded and consolidated into the enterprise's recent SAP ECC6 system.
Combine has completed an extensive project for a large Telecom operator CSP, to consolidate two SAP systems. A legacy platform running SAP 4.7 was consolidated into a SAP ECC6 corporate wide system. The project involved migration of configuration and development, plus enhancement for group accounting and reporting in addition to process updates for changed divisional business requirements. The legacy SAP system was consolidated in order to: - simplify administration, - upgrade the platform to ECC6 - bring the operation in line with group accounting and reporting - centralise financial accounting into a shared service centre - simplify data interfaces and management accountability Combine completed the project using both onshore and offshore resources working closely with the business unit and the in-house SAP competency centre. Combine is now providing an ongoing SAP SLA service level agreement.
